New job anxiety

I started a new job about two months ago, up until now it’s been corporate training and onboarding, my first day actually ‘on the job’ was last Monday and I’ve been experiencing severe anxiety which has been draining my energy and causing me to feel sick on a daily basis. I wake up early and walk 2 miles before work which seems to be helping. Any advice on some coping tools would be greatly appreciated :)

Hey, can I ask what part of it makes you anxious? If you can identify the source then maybe you can tackle it head on? And how have your first 2 months been? :)

I would say probably the fear that I’m not gunna be able to do it or that I won’t be able to figure it out. I am constantly reminding myself that everyone experiences these feelings and that it’s normal but that’s easy to say to yourself and so much more difficult to believe. Overall though the first couple months have been good. I like the company and I’ve made some friends. Working from home and learning the role at home has definitely made it more challenging. It’s certainly more difficult to ask questions when you have to message them on teams and don’t want to feel like your constantly pestering people.
