Currently I am on 125mg of Zoloft. I have given it at this high dose 2 months and really haven't felt much improvement. I am considering switching to Lexapro. Does anybody use Lexapro and is it good?

I just started 10mg Lexapro 16 days ago and haven’t noticed a significant improvement yet, but I’ve been told 4-6 weeks to see noticeable effects. So I’m still early and waiting.

Everyone is different but I’ve been on it for a little over 2 years now and it works for me.

Hello Friend. I have been on Lexapro for about 8 years? This was the first anxiety medication that seemed to make an impact in good way. Nothing is the perfect medication, and like all these meds they take weeks to fully kick in, but from my experience I can say I have really had no side effects and my anxiety has decreased quite a bit. It's a roll of the dice. I had to try 3 different meds before I found one that worked for me. Good luck. Give it time and keep your doctor informed of how you are feeling.
