I'm new here....I fell off the wagon and I just feel like no one gets me.... I'm hoping maybe I can find some people here that do....I just need help, someone to talk to that won't look at me like I belong in a psych ward.

hi im new here too for just a few days now and im where u are at too. so far the people are great and have given alot of good sound thoughts advice and opinions. good stuff to think about. if u need to chat or what not im here😊 and i feel exactly the same like friends/ family probably think i belong in a hospital or mental ward. so talk to me if u want?🌷

Goid job fortaking a step to reach out to people here! Do you have a therapust or other professional that you are working with? I have found that to be really helpful.💚

Hi Sunflower, you are no different than the rest of us. We all trip up and have set backs. Don't beat yourself up. Each day is a new chance to make a different choice and move yourself toward healing. Reach out to those who can help you. A support group can be so helpful and really give a consistent and constant place to go when things are feeling hard and you are not feeling strong. Make yourself a priority and move toward the things that will help you succeed. Allow others to love you and be there for you. It's ok to be where you are....the good news is that you can change your direction and you will! Stay strong and get the tools you need to be where you want to be. You will be in my prayers. Do not lose hope and pray for strength and healing. It will come.
