HiAll these are important for our healing.
I know when I answer that specific question I always say exercise as my first response. But everything on that list needs to be worked on every day. That's my opinion.

I still don’t know what works for me. I’m still having a hard time getting up from bed and watch TV and be on my phone all day.
I guess exercise was working for me earlier this year. Although I wasn’t at 100% I felt better.
Then I stopped and relapsed again last month.
A very good reminder!
