Help me distinguish

Is this an anxiety or lung disease or heart problem.i am 20 for past 2 years I am on shortness of breath every second.i have chest tightness,throat tightness,racing thoughts.

As everyone keeps telling you this is anxiety and yes it is possible to have it 24/7 though I doubt you do when you are sleeping, or distracted enough.

Have you taken on board all the replies you have received on your previous posts? Has any of the tips helped? What are you doing to help yourself?

Oh and I very much doubt you have lung disease at the age of 20! This is usually reserved for long term smokers, those working in certain occupations, or heart problems. It usually takes decades for lung disease to show.

Did you follow their treatment plan for it? And if so, did you benefit from the treatment?

Na nothing I got benefit from them

It’s probably anxiety. Get a therapist for the cure to get happy.❤️🏄‍♀️
