Hi, this is my first post. I've been on antidepressants for decades. Wellbutrin XL 150 mg. For 25 years and Viibryd 20 mg. For past 10 years. My insurance is no longer covering Viibryd. I've increased the wellbutrin to 300 mg. I'm feeling unmotivated and depressed.

Wellbutrin definitely gives me some motivation so hopefully upping your dose will help out. I know that if I didn't have Wellbutrin I'd be asleep all day.

You are not alone when you feel unmotivated and depressed. I think that is why I like online group therapy so much because it is just a bunch of depressed people trying to help each other like on the forum here.

Just give yourself credit no matter what happens today, you are battling things that most people don't understand and those battles take energy and it is difficult to overcome. I understand your struggle and give you so much credit for how far you have come.

Lexapro worked very well for me for about 10 years. See if your insurance may cover that.
