What do you do to distract yourself?

I have too much time on my hands to think. :(

Thx in advance for any ideas.

It's lazy but I like to watch a documentary or TV series. I'm usually worse in the evenings. I sometimes do woodworking projects in the day when I'm not working.

In the evenings I just look forward to sleeping. Hugs.

I either play videogames or study philosophy or other academic topics from books and lectures I find online. I can shut my brain off or crank it up to 11 but not much in between. If your like me and your brain is always going at top speed when it's on, it can be helpful to find some difficult topic to exhaust your brain with. I just sort of throw my brain at topics to tire it out.

You sound like my older brother! He is interested in those things, too! 😊
