Another reason not to sleep

I think my tinnitus just got worse. It’s like a old dial tone phone that rings in my ear.

Usually it was a ringing as if you left the TV on (which by the way helps)

But this new sound is very annoying.

I did realized I was listening to loud music in my car with the windows closed earlier today. Perhaps that might have something to do with it. Last time I went to the ear doctor was about a month ago. Apart from the tinnitus everything was good.

I have occasionally get tinnitus but mine goes after a while, my husband gets it all the time. He played drums and guitar in bands for years and loves live gigs, it's the price he is now paying 😢

Ouch. The usual ringing I’m so used to it sometimes I forget I have tinnitus.

But this new sound is so hard to avoid.

I love live gigs as well

But I guess I will have to use earplugs when I go to one in the near future. Can’t stop rocking lol.
