I heard this today and it struck a nerve that sparked some personal reflection that led to some positive realizations. The name of the song is Skin by Sixx AM. If you are down on yourself and need something to maybe make you open your eyes to a different way to think give the song a listen.

Yes it is. My roommate just remarked yesterday about how much music I know when I have issues with me memory
