Zero motivation

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here so a bit about myself! I’m 45, no kids, live with my parents and have been single for 11 years now with very few dates! I always thought I’d be married with children but that hasn’t happened and it does get me down! So much so that I ended up on antidepressants since last December. I am feeling somewhat better but I have piled on the weight and that’s getting me down now but I have no zero motivation to loose weight or even exercise! Is anyone feeling it felt the same way and what did you do to get yourself motivated? Thanks in advance x

I'm in the same boat as you! And I gained a LOT of weight during this pandemic. Not particularly motivated, just letting you know you're not alone.
