Please help

Don’t know what to do been on 125mg of sertraline for 13 months. Have around 3 out of 7 good days a week was trying not to up to 150 so three weeks ago tried taking the herb ashwagandha to see if that helped. First two weeks were ok but then started to have waves of anxiety and low mood all day so three days ago decided to stop. Do I try now try 150 to see if I can level as I am so fed up

I believe in natures medicine too and yet herbs and supplements can only do so much. I'm taking a very good Daily Vitamin and eating more fruit and vegetables too and it was helping yet I'm struggling quite a bit again. Stick with it and/or see what else you can add or subtract from what your doing now and seek a balance that way. Or be patient and just ride the waves and if its too bad go to ER or call 911.

Sertraline worked good for me ,150...look up l- theanine too

You might want to add something like Abilify. I had the same problem on Zoloft. I was okay, but still had some bad moments. Abilify helped me so much!
