Hello everyone on here. I wrote a post on here about an hour ago and when I tried to post it couldn’t download. Frustrating. I wrote a pretty long one, but here goes. I’ve had OCD all my life, and became disabled from severe depression a couple of years ago. Today I had a rough day. I did have a session with my therapist this morning, even though it went well, I did struggle. I usually write on an agenda calendar the things I need to do, so I went about doing it. I went tanning 1st cause of my psoriasis, dropped of a return package, had my car washed, had lunch at a Greek place, went grocery shopping. So all in all I had a pretty productive day. But I did have to push and push and deal with my negative thoughts. It s rough, rough, rough. I have a 9 year old daughter that is my world, and even though I’m divorced, I get to see and keep her whenever I want. I’m also an avid weightlifter-bodybuilder-powerlifter. I find that this helps my depression a great deal. I must say I struggled so much today, I did push hard to accomplish what I needed to do but it wasn’t easy today. Bless you all always. SAMSON 💪🏻

Wow, I got tired just reading all the things you did today lol
That must have been a lot of "pushing hard" that you did.
You know my friend, we all have days that seem harder to get motivated
than others. I usually go by my gut feeling if it just doesn't seem possible.
but you have to do it without getting down on yourself and know that there
is always tomorrow.
Don't be so hard on yourself. You have a lot on your plate co-parenting a young
daughter. Pssst wait til she becomes a teenager.
It's good to see you on here today.
Maybe you need to stop on by and just vent or update us.

You are so motivational! Great job today! You are so brave, so tough! And i understand where you are coming from 💯. You do all the healthy things, but its still rough. I feel like i cope the same way push, push, push. Im hoping me just saying what you feel is normal for people with "anxiety/whatever this is" making it hard helps. Do we just accept ourselves and keep going? Is that the answer? I just want you to know, me too and hang in there you are doing amazing. 💕
