Allow yourself to feel those feelings and move forward anyway. Easy to say. Hard to do. But you can do it ......
That's understandable. Do what you can to prepare yourself before you go back.
Let yourself rest. The week willbe over before you know it. Can you do something nice for yourself before you return to work?
Monitor how your doing when you go back to work. If you need more support come back.
