Wow that's quite a regimen to keep up with. Do you find it difficult to keep it up or has it become more of a habitual thing. I have also been trying various breathing techniques and drinking green tea for l-theanine. Do you take it via pill?
I ve tried a lot of vitamins and supplements. Only please be sure if you do take any psyche meds that no supplements contra-indicate or compete for the bonding sites with them. I hope you find your exploration with vitamins and supplements rewarding.
Tea is nice and maybe it will help you to relax and sleep or to just stay in the moment. Is mindfulness the best route or not ? I cannot answer for you. That's something you can accept or avoid. Wearing mask is too much at timez confusing and depresszing
