Hello, does anyone know of any social anxiety support groups in Chicagoland that are meeting? Either in person or virtual?

Also, does anyone know of any type of social skills immersive training programs in existence? Someone told me once about an intensive social skills training workshop or program they did but I can’t remember the name of the program...

Does anyone know of a way to purchase a personal virtual reality social skills software program that I could buy?

I know some therapy centers use very headsets but I figured it might be more cost effective for me to purchase it myself?
