I find myself ruminating negative thought for a bit and then my mind quickly switches to something different without having to force myself. I feel like that’s a good thing .

Mmm Alfred I envy you man. Do you know what that means? Your mind is getting used to your normal way of thinking. I realy lov the dynamics of the mind and seeing this much progress makes me happy. Progress indeed!!

Yes Interesting how the mind works. Don’t have Envy eventually you and other people like us will eventually have this under control.
