Was almost there, it almost started to come out

Went out for a bike ride, where I have gotten the most help by myself that is. Just started riding in the last week with better weather. Each time pushing myself harder, to get back to where I was before winter. Nothing better than feeling exhausted ready to give in, then the right song hits. Hear me Cry by Rave Black,current mood youtu.be/nUPha-uX-kI. All the anger, fear, depression, hope,enjoyment come out. That energy you feel no matter the emotion, the drive to give inor push forward. It's all the same intensity and it isn't stuck waiting for release its out, the weight isn't there for a few minutes and my God does it feel free. The song is exactly how I feel but the bike helps me release it. Wish I could share how incredible the moment is. Hope you all find similar everyday. Love you all

I have found bike rides to be very helpful for me as well very calming during high levels of anxiety

My calm comes much later. While getting into better condition it comes after the ride, once I can ride like I was before it is during. Best ride was 28 miles in 2 hours, so proud!

No just riding for myself. Just before the weather turned found an off road track and loved it. Got a real mountain bike ordered, expanding my riding looking for a new challenge.

That's cool man I was running obstacle course races before the pandemic. I found the competition helped provide motivation to train. I hope things keep going well for you
