It was negative thoughts 24/7 and very little random positive episodes throughout the day for me.
Now it is 24/7 normal thoughts and minimized random negative episodes.
I cant wait to put all this behind me in due time.

I would say this is progress. There is nothing as hard as channeling ones thought in a certain way but u seem to be doing a pretty good job. I remember when I started to force my thoughts to be positive, how hard that was but I'm still forcing em. I am happy you are moving forward. We follow our thoughts and when they are positive we are also going on a positive direction. This is a nice post
