Hiya all,

Does anyone get the kind of symptoms where they are listening / trying to communicate with a person or two and after a certain period of time you cannot concentrate / understand what they are saying and head pain increases on the top of the head?

I've a over 1 year diagnosis of generalised anxiety and major depression but these symptoms are really so debilitating and beyong what i've experienced before with previous anxiety/depression bouts I feel.

Any advice on how to deal with this. I have to wander off and either lie down or listen to some music and hope the pain reduces .

Even smiling can increase the head pain.....

thankyou

Ja

Laying down and going to sleep can take the edge off or more it depends. Sometimes having a piece of fruit or drinking water before I take a nap helps. Maybe that will help you. Also I have to be careful when I go out and come back to take it easy. I have to tell you that sometimes a person will insist your fine and i want to believe it and ignore my body and mind so sometimes when I should know better and take a nap and don't or get up when I should sleep longer then I'm the one who is sick and pays the price. Mentally or physically or both.
