i know exercising will probably do me good. been in my bed for 4 months now. im probably making my depression worse. im so used to this feeling though. (u guys dont have to reply just need to release)

Getting out of bed is the first step

We don't mind responding, we are here to listen and support. I love what you are thinking of doing tho, exercise will help u a great deal. It will help with your heart, depression and getting in shape. Good job

You are right.exercise can make you feel more in control not to mention the benefits of being fit.but first you have to get of your bed and do a slightest activity that you can manage and get some motivation from it.it is easier said than done but you can do it my friend. giving you a virtual strenght to do it..
