I keep thinking that my depression and anxiety have driven everyone I love away from me. That one day the people I love will find “better” people that don’t have mental health issues

Sadly not everyone understands what we are experiencing, but everyone goes through difficult times in life, and someday they will too. For now, we must concentrate on taking care of ourselves and showing ourselves small kindnesses. There is nothing “wrong” with us that they need to find “better” people. Also, sometimes it’s necessary to reach out past our family and friends to find people who understand. There is much support here.
