Hi how’s everyone doing ??? Iam ok I guess still depressed but not going that ruin my days on a walk currently hopefully makes me feel a little better

Thanks for asking. Myself, I'm doing pretty good for a change. I agree going for a walk with Nature is good for the soul. I sometimes have to remind myself to walk further each time I go out. I'm fortunate that I live in a canyon on the side of a mountain.. It's a mix of scrub and forest. So I'm quite literally surrounded by and in Nature, and all it has to offer. 😍

I'm doing better. Still not where I want to be but getting closer. Simply having a place where I can be me is a huge help. We have a vaccine now but now I'm hearing there are serious side effects to the vaccine. The powers that be (PTB) don't give us straight answers. My faith in the govt is eroding by the minute. Its very frustrating not to mention anxiety producing. Even people who have never had to deal with depression/anxiety are feeling it. I need spring. To get outside for more than a few minutes is such a balm to all my fears. When I feel really bad I go down to the stables. The fresh air, the barn cats, the horses and all their accompanying smells not to mention the lack of phones lifts me like nothing else. I have to force myself to get out of my comfy chair & do chores or hobbies. But I try to look at all this as a character building class. Ok ok I said try though not usually succeeding. The very fact that I can put these feelings into words is a big step forward. I will try to take more steps forward and less backwards. 🐴 🐱

Good fir you! It sounds like you're on the right track. Winter can be a difficult time for most, especially those of us with anxiety/depression issues. It's easy to give in to the doldrums and just veg out. I like to re energize with my daily walks. Nature is a great healer. Keep up the good work.
