Hello again everyone I hope everyone is staying safe and well. And I want to thank you all for supporting me and each other during these challenging times.
I’m just going to start by saying I just don’t know anymore to be honest I think I lost my mind long ago for example the fact I just write those words out makes me believe it will happen. I’m going to go through a quick list of my thoughts and beliefs and what it’s like say to day for me.
1.) I believed that the unwanted tenant in my house had put bleach in my bubble bath (the thought just came in and wouldn’t go)
2.) believe she puts things in my food no evidence of this it’s utterly ridiculous.
3.) Sterilise all cooking utensils with boiling water during cooking multiple times including plates
4.) Believe that everything I cook will make me unwell in some way
5.) health anxiety I jump from medical condition to medical condition constantly believing I have something awful
6.) I believe watching certain TV shows doing certain things or even typing certain things will cause bad things to happen I also believe that in certain months something bad will happen
7.) Awful sleeping pattern usually very light sleep ranging from 3 in the morning at best to usual age very bad 4/5/6/7 until midday with little to no affect on my energy levels
