Hey peeps! Feeling kinda low and gloomy today. No particular reason. Just feel like lying in bed and sleeping through everything. My guy called me up just now, and I wasn't very enthusiastic to talk to him either and got him worried instead. I just wanted to tell someone here about it. Thanks for listening

Feeling very lazy or lacking energy myself tody, no particular reason either. Can't really advise can only sympathise.
Nothing "wrong" at all if one feels sad and/or gloomy.Just not what we want/like/care to experience. And yes sometimes sharing it can lessen it.

I know how you feel on some days I only go through motions but I get up make my coffee make sure I walk every day even when I don’t want to it’s very cold and snowy
