FEEL ASHAMED!

Hello Everyone!

Am a newly joined, i have been fighting against jerking off for quite a long period of time but i have really failed out. Deep inside me, my guts hate it and also feel ashamed after doing so but the nasty temporal pleasure keep dragging me. Can any one here please help me out?
