Hey all. I haven't been on in a while. I was reading a book my therapist recommended, but I had to stop reading it for a little bit. It was making me find more things wrong with me. That being said, my last panic attack was over a week ago. I haven't felt much anxiety. My new job is treating me well and I like the work. (Mostly trucking law, but some other things thrown in there). As hard as it was for me to leave my other job after less than two years, it was really the only option.

Hi Blue Peppermint, it's hard to believe you've been at your new job for over 2 weeks already. I hope each day gets a little more comfortable for you. Sometimes when push comes to shove, it ends up being a good move. Hope that was the case for you.

As the end of week three approaches, I can honestly say, this is probably one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I was walking through the office yesterday thinking "I'm so happy with this new job." It was a good feeling. I still have many, many things I need to work on, but I feel like I'm heading in the right direction.
