Advice please.

I have recently started taking fluoxetine and I know it takes about 3-6weeks to get into your system but ... at the start I had loose stools and stomach cramps in the morning but as the day went on I got better so I persevered then after about 2 weeks I was back to my normal self. Now 4 weeks since I started taking them I’m ill in the mornings, this morning I was in so much pain with my stomach I felt sick any ideas what to do to help ?

I was put on 40 mg of fluoxetine 3 weeks ago. Week 1 was fine. Week 2 was low appetite. I am on week 3 and its nausea and no appetite. I went to the doctor and she says to give it 2 months!!!!! Did it get easier for you? Is 2 months accurate?
