Cold hands

When is cold hands serious because ive had multiple blood and urine test and all are normal , but when im gaming my hands get cold sometime

If everything has come back normal, this sounds to me like anxiety is the problem rather than your cold hands. My hands often get cold when I’ve been using my laptop for a while. I don’t know the reason but I’d guess other people experience this type of thing too.

When you game your heart rate speeds up, this causes your blood to flow faster. At first it will tend to make your hands sweat, then as time goes on, your body goes into protection mode. The blood does not flow as quickly to your arms and legs, it tends to stay central to protect your organs. Hence the cold feeling in your hands, since the blood is no longer racing through them like before.

This is a completely normal reaction and happens to most people.

Get some hand warmers to keep them warm! That’s what I do

I have cold hands and cold feet often. I’ve always assumed it was poor circulation. Not sure if there is anything to be done about it.
