I've been on the higher dose of Cymbta(90mg) for 5 months when I started having random vertigo. A sensation I used to get when I would miss a dose of an SSRI. I get it more intensely after a shower and working out and running on treadmill. Any thoughts? Is this medication related? It happens at different times of day.

Yes, it is possible it’s from the Cymbalta.
