This past week I’ve been feeling breathless in bed. I’m thinking home schooling, covid, lockdown and the fact I’m self employed are all getting on top of me.
I hate this symptom of anxiety, seems worse on a night

I’m sorry you are overwhelmed. Usually I write down my to do lists for the next day so I can see what I need to focus on for the next day. When I see what I need to do on paper and whatever thoughts I have it makes me feel better about my anxiety on forgetting something. You can try maybe writing down your tasks in a schedule type order so your thoughts are organized where you can easily see it or you can. List things out in order of priority. Sometimes I look for mediation music or rain sounds that can help me not think to much so I can fall asleep and the next day I have that list. Just take it easy you got this! Deep breaths
There is a lot going on at the moment, leaving us all restless and anxious.
can you download a calm breathing app? and dedicate time for yourself to slow down your breathing and destress your body snd mind for a little while
