I'm now relaxing with some dark 85% chocolate and a raw bar. I did a workout DVD today as weather's not been good.

Oh wow yummy 😋😋. I’m glad you got ur work out done. Today’s weather is not so great over here also. It’s gloomy and strong winds. We can’t play in the backyard as usual. I’ve been paddling my elliptical as well. ❤️❤️❤️xxx

It's a Hiit training DVD and is really good. That's strange, we have strong winds as well with a weather warning for rain. Brilliant, it's great to have equipment xxx💜💜🌹🌈

It's Joe Wicks Lean in Fifteen, it's not condescending in any way, I find some are, and it's really good. It's really heavy rain here but once tomorrow's over it's better again. I'm looking after my eldest granddaughter tomorrow so no exercise then hopefully powerwalking on Thursday.
