I used to have bristle of thoughts at the same time which would just change the way I feel back and forth. It affects my emotions a lot and created mood swings which obviously is connected or associated wt enxiety, depression and or bipolar. Then i went online and search ways to deal wt it and i found this breathing technique. To be honest it helped bcz my mind started blowing down and there would be this sense of euphoria. The issue is, sometimes i get tired of breathing in and out for diff seconds which realy does work i dont want to lie, but there could be more and easier ways to deal wt this problem when i retire from the breathing exercisers....Does anyone know of more ways?
