I had been through dark knight of the soul when I couldn’t get myself out of bed and I met a wise man who once told me: “when you’re happy, don’t be too happy. When you’re sad, don’t be too sad”; that opened my eyes to the meaning of the balance of life.
Life is a benediction if you follow, move according to the Law of Balance. When you become sad, miserable; don’t try to fight it. It is there to show there’s some misalignment on your path. Don’t dwell on it but continuously shift to gain the balance back. Just like meditation, it’s not something we do once and done. We need to keep practicing, keep breathing, one breath at a time.
You succeed in being in that state of silence, peace, blissfulness so you are feeling good. Don’t ask for more. Absorb it! You have gained, now let it be, enjoy it. Live it! And then you will see a different dimension comes to your being.

Thank you KoKo and there's a lot of meaning in what you have written. You are so right in that life is all about balance, we can't be happy all the time as it wouldn't be right i.e. there are times to be sad and those times are like when you've lost a loved one etc, it's natural. The times that we can be really happy are times when we've say passed our driving test, I know how I felt all those years ago.
Thank you and balance is good.

Hi Alicia, you elaborated so well and exactly what it is about. I lost my aunt to metastatic cancer in a very short period of time. She was like my second mom and her whole life was a blessing to everyone in her life. It was heartbroken but I learned along the line to adjust everything in my life. Always find balance in everything we do so we won’t suffer and stay in the present with much gratitude towards life. ☀️🌸🌈❤️❤️❤️🙏xxx

Well said KoKo and when you lose a loved one you have to be kind to yourself and give yourself time to heal. I'm so sorry though you lost your aunt to metastatic breast cancer, it's an awful disease. My husband's lovely sister lost her daughter over 7 years ago now to the same disease, she was 38. My sister in law comes brilliantly.
Striking the right balance is definitely the way to live life.
Hugs

You're welcome KoKo. My sister in law has been amazing. We do have to learn through life and that's the good and bad, it's what makes us. I feel content with my lot as well.
