Sudden Panic Attack

I had sudden Panic attac last night after a busy whole day.. I was happy few days but last night attack was back despite i follow very deciplined lifestyle.

Mental illness is unpredictable.

what am i missing?

Yes i took

Escitalopram 5 mg yesterday and i'm feeling okay today. Actually im in a process of cutting down my medications. I think i'm getting post medication symptoms. I need to take my Doc advise. Thanks for your response!!

Im under medication since 5 years now. sometimes it comes suddenly.

That is strange it only happened to me once . do you know what might trigger it ?

The excessive fear is the main cause.

hahaha.. Many things in general. but technically when excessive adrenaline harmone is released in to your Blood. when your body gets into Fight or flight mode is when you experience panic attacks. It's important for you to recall what caused you panic for the first time.
