Recently, I found a bracelet on Amazon or you can shop online wherever you want. Just search Aromatherapy bracelets. All different types of kinds you will find. Usually I was into the necklace thing. The aromatherapy ones you drop essential oil scent whichever you feel might help calm you down. For example sweet orange, eucalyptus, lemongrass or lavender into the locket and wear it on your neck. Just to be able to smell and inhale them for me helps with anxiety or headaches if you use peppermint so they say. Anyway, the bracelet idea I like better. Same concept, but you just lift your wrist to your nose and inhale when you want instead of wearing a dangling necklace. They are versatile, unisex both men and women styles. Awesome like rope types or stainless steel or if you can afford sterling silver go for that. I like the rope one . This is great for people with panic attacks, anxiety or stress. Just an FYI peeps😉
