For me, I can get panicky at night when I feel insomnia kicking in. Journaling my thoughts and journaling for personal productivity--within the last year I've discovered the BUJO phenomena (google it if you've never heard of it)--give me the most relief. I think I'm getting some good relief from routines too--my pre-bed routine, my daily lunch break routine, my workout routine, etc. My whole life I was thinking that being disciplined would add to the pressure, when the reality the complete opposite is true.God speed.
