Health anxiety makes me feel so alone

I can feel myself sinking deeper and deeper into a depression that I can't pull myself out of. I feel so alone and worthless and useless. I feel pathetic. I push myself away from the people I love because noone understands how I feel. I just don't want to be here anymore. Sick of hiding behind a front

Would you want to talk about it with anyone? As Bigneil1 said, “we are all here to listen and talk.” So if talking would help, I say go for it :) take any healthy opportunity that leads you to a better state of being. I believe in you, and I hope things get better for you :)

Part of my problem is I miss doing things with the people I love. Part of me still feels alone and overwhelmed. I wish I had an answer a100%answer for all of us.

Hey secret...I can help you because I’ve been there. I could spend hours with you I will fine tune your health anxiety to a summation: please my friend when I refer to you it’s a general statement: you started because you probably have GAD and the mthrfr gene which is the worry gene. From there the stress, anxiety or depression etc. gave you physical symptoms. Dr. Google was your downfall. I bet you have over 40 self help books. You are constantly looking up your symptoms and feel you have all the diseases. From here you don’t realize it but you will google the symptoms over and over to find the disease that fits you and from there you search and search with desperation until you find an answer to the disease that says you won’t die. Relieved You immediately feel better ONLY to crash with doubt again and with more fear. You see this vicious cycle actually has a component of feeling good and relief for maybe 5 min. Only to suffer for another 23 hours and 55 min. Until a new day begins and the cycle starts all over. So, today is a new day! Welcome to your new beginning. You will now detox from your health anxiety. First understand you are addicted to the adrenaline of the stress of dying by researching, agonizing and living in this OCD cycle. Even though you are freaked out this cycle gives you something predictable, a negative drug sensation and familiarity brings safety even if it’s suffering. You are seeking safety with a false ego. So, It starts with the removal of all self help books, google searching, e-mails from the thousands of dollars spent on being an ad hoc doctor, etc. and all your millions of supplements. Your body can really only tolerate magnesium, omegas, probiotic, digestive enzymes, b vitamins, COQ, zinc and vit. C and D when in high stress. all this searching for cures creates nothing more than a fake security. You have to be in control, your fear of dying is just your ego lying to you because it makes you feel that if you don’t find the cure, get a diagnosis, fix the disease etc. you have lost control and that creates fear and you lose security. Your anxiety gets worse because looking at a monitor, over reading and collecting data on an illness burns out your adrenals, which causes anxiety and depression. These things will give you medical issues but they are self inflicted and temporary. If you can have a doctor tell you you are okay the steps above are easier. This is just a small area, you can ask me any question and I will help you the best I can. I am a health and anxiety coach. There is hope!! No matter how long you’ve been in it. I am officially giving you permission to break the cycle because you are safe and loved by the universe. That’s what we all are waiting to hear.

Can you be more specific. Neurological, physical, endocrine? Remember health anxiety will cause you to have fantom diseases? You will read something and your body will create the symptoms only to fall off. The best technique that turned things around is to accept. For example: when someone get heart palpitations when you train them to tell their ego to make the palpitations worse they won’t, if you ask your body to create a panic attack even though it’s scary, you can’t. When you are alone in your car, in a pillow, scream to the gods and tell you ego and universe,” I’m done! Go ahead and give me these f’n diseases, I’m over your lies, do what your going to do because I’m tired of you, you have no benefit it my life,” keep screaming to your ego with these words,” from now on anxiety you do not own me, if you are in my life you can walk beside me and I will choose when you show up.” What this does is gives its power away. The more you resist the fear of Health anxiety, the stronger it persists. Once you tell your ego enough, you accept it loses its power. It’s just a start. Never resist anymore. Sending healing energy.
