There are so many tough things to deal with in a lifetime. How do people do it? I spose there really isnt an option. You cant stop time. I dont know. One minute at a time. Ugh. It can be gruelling.

Things definitely seem overwhelming sometimes. I suppose the best thing to do is to take time to feel your emotions. Then decide what is in your control and plan one or two courses of action to improve what is in your control.

Thanks for the replies. I look forward to Christmas and the break from work between Christmas and New Years all year round. Instead of a much needed relaxing break, i was busy tending ailing people around me, trying to arrange communicatins and waiting for icky test results around me.
