Its hard to stick to healthy eating and I've gotten better with emotional eating yet I'm still struggling. What works for you? I'm trying 2 meals a day yet its not consistently working.

Three meals a day, Breakfast in the morning, tea break mid morning lunch time salad and cut meat, coffee, etc Dinner hot meal supper in early evening

I drink bottled water and pro should have more tea because i enjoy it. Sometimes I'll have cheerios with a banana or blueberries for lunch. I eat alot of chicken baked sometimes fried fish or hamburger. Popcorn. My problem is that ill be doing well and then I'll end up having 2 candy bars or bacon and eggs and the 2 or3 pounds i lost comes back. I'll lose some weight yet it keeps finding me. Lol How do you deal with the cravings?
Just like me although we eat a great deal of Salad and fruit with porridge and fruit for breakfast. In the evening cooked meat and veg with potatoes Followed by fruit for a pudding
Although I am to heavy and need to loose weight
