I didn’t sleep well at all. Woke up feeling very sad and wanting to cry. I have to put up a front because I cannot cry in front of my kids. I feel my relationship with my partner is destroyed and I don’t know how to let go. Wishing things could work out but I think too much damage has happened.

Thank you! Crying feels helpful. We are doing couples therapy but I think a support group or individual counseling would be best. If you know any support groups that could be helpful please share.

Sdg1720 , i have found out that our levels are low in the mornings so its best to try to get up a bit earlier and take the meds before you begin your day. also, try not to cafeine, soda, chocolate before bed. i am here if you wan to talk further. there are ways to help you.
