What is making you happy today?

I found a Northern American Toad outside the house and we are taking care of it until Spring when we will let it go in a perfect nature spot with many trees and a stream. My youngest named it Toady.

The weather......after days of shitty raining.....got a dry mild day ...great name ....why not ....love the way kids keep it simple ..🐸🙃

Toady.... that's great!Today I'm in my sunroom listening to snow melt. It's so peaceful until a giant chunk falls off the roof. That's a bit startling.

💗🐸 This is making me smile... I used to chase my baby brother with frogs/toads ( when we were 4 & 2 ?). I'm sure you guys will take good care of Toady.Right now I'm enjoying the quite in the office... only one here right now. We have our zoom game night tonight so looking forward to that.

Umm. Nothing is making me happy as much as I'm excited today. I read some new year's mental health resolutions and just couldn't wait to apply them. mangoclinic.com/top-18-soci... I think I've lost my sensitivity to depression and anxiety. My tolerance level is minus now. I feel like crying over little matters. But this too shall pass. The best thing I read today that makes me happy is the way people are healing others with their words! God Bless!

Aww that's so sweet of you. Warm hugs! I'm going to follow resolutions shared by Expert#3 for good mental health in the article shared above. I think they are pretty cool And gonna make my own too. I want to do something to get rid of my anxiety. I'm just so tired.

Can I be 1/2 happy? I’ve had 1/2 sleep, 1/2 exercise (attempted but the old body said nope not today, but I get brownie points for trying, I’ll try again tomorrow). I’m happy I only used a short period of time to pity party afterwards. 😂

We get back down to frigid cold tomorrow night through the weekend. 66 today so I’m making the most of it. Easy task, blowing more leaves. 🍂🍁🍂🍁 They are almost completely done falling. Happy about that, that counts right?

My cat's name is Olivia Mewton-John. She was very talkative this morning and I randomly started singing to her, 'If you're happy and you know it, say meow.' And she did! That made me happy.

Very little Starrlight, we will have a couple of drinks when I do the first foot. Eat my sausage rolls and go to bed. When I was young New Year in the North East was celebrated more than Christmas.
