Does anyone else get nightmares that causes anxiety.... or anxiety that causes nightmares. Wednesday night in my sleep I felt shaking and then my body felt like i wqs getting electricuted or having a seizure. It was so intense I could barely sleep after. I was so scared. Never been so scared from a nightmare before. Ive had 2 more nightmares...and its really started to cause me to not sleep..and ill be anxious for the next 24 hrs. Ive also been having panic attacks during the day. I think it feels even worse because Ive felt more calm and at peace the last 3 months and now its back, and feels worse then ever I could cry writing this Im so scared.

Hey Phil. Nothing has changed with my meds in about a year. Im on buprophin and 1 atavan I use to help me calm down at night if needed.
