My anxiety has been going sense 11pm. I get it down and it goes right back up. I have 2 more hours at work. It will go down as soon as I leave work to go home. I just have to make it to 7 am.

Hi Eagle. You’ve made it nearly all the way through your shift. You will make it to the end of the shift. Anxiety for me is on two levels. The first is to get through whatever you have to despite feeling the anxiety. That’s a victory right there. The second is to reduce the anxiety itself. Once you realize that you can coexist with anxiety, however uncomfortable it makes you feel, it may not disappear but it will at least lose its stranglehold on you. Hopefully you can get some rest after work and feel good about making it through the night.

You can do this! Hang in there. If you are on any medication, maybe check with your doctor for adjustments. You need to understand why you have such anxiety highs and lows. You are almost done for the day. I will be praying for your anxiety to subside.
