Seasons of Life 🤍

There is no need for us to hold on to things. We are constantly tested to let go. We face things like death, where letting go is a physical process, yet it is so hard for us to let go emotionally. Letting go is a process and can’t happen overnight. The important thing is to give this process as much time as it needs. We give the sun time to rise and shine and we give it time to sink again. Like the seasons and the elements, sunrise and sunset are connected: one couldn’t exist without the other.

In order to live and understand the full experience of life we need to be in the present moment. Feeling what we need to feel and facing it. Giving ourselves permission to see what needs to be seen and to experience what needs to be experienced.🤍
