I have been thru it several times. Then one day I said to myself I cannot be a messy person. Took the initiative to make changes.
Cleaned my house very neatly AND my thoughts too.
Arranged every single object in its place AND my mind is adapted to the changes I decided to make in real life.
Putting on my favourite song and doing the chores after being off duty for 20 hours straight just to maintain cleanliness AND I feel positivity although being tired or down, I make my efforts to keep my mental balance healthy.
Targeting myself at certain simple tasks within a time limit and feeling the satisfaction after completion AND always keeping myself busy and trying to be creative just to avoid negative vibes.
Lastly loving myself which i found hard to do long ago AND now getting a new haircut,some shopping time,treating myself, fulfilling my wishlist made me realise that YES THERE IS EVERYBODY WHO IS A VICTIM OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION BUT WE NEED TO FIND OUR OWN WAYS OF SURVIVING/COPING WITH IT !
