we all feel like this. covid has really made things out of wack. i would suggest trying to find something to keep you busy and productive to make the time go by while also enjoying yourself. my mother is actually administering the vaccines at this moment - we'll get through it and normal will come back! love, lange
I wish I knew where the norm is.Its been really hard for everyone with mental health problems.Hopefully next year thing will be a bit more normal we all just have to look forward x
PaG;
i think there's roughly 6-7 billion people feeling the same way! i know i feel like i've aged 15 years in the last 4.... and 7 of those years in the last 1 year!!!
not wanting to bring you down... but pragmatic realism and real expectations will (IMHO) set you up for a better outcome. the pandemic is far from over... we've got at least 3-6 mo's to go... BUT - IT WILL END!!!! and it will start to improve in the weeks ahead, as vaccine's begin distribution.
and when it does - it may take time - but things WILL return to normal. some things right away; others will take more time. but "normal" will come back.
in truth - normal never left... it simply changed for a while.... normal is a state of mind - it is possible to be "normal" in your head even while the world's gone stark raving mad... but it's darn near impossible.... so you are by far from being alone.
Me too
Very true xx
A great response fauxartist. It remains to be seen in how we pick up the pieces of our
lives and live the new normal. xx
I also have fatigue. I will get in bed and just agonize over things that to other people are insignificant. I have started to do chair yoga on you tube. it helps me focus on something else.
