is it normal to be overwhelmed by the little stuff

so it is finals week at the college I do running start at and while I have it all planned out I am starting to feel overwhelmed and I hate feeling like this for more than a little while. Especially when I feel unable to do anything more about it. 😞 It does not help that I messed up and forgot to plan a meeting when I was supposed to and had to figure it out last minute and the meeting I did plan was unable to happen because I did not check to see if I was available and turned out not being available. Also, I know talking to people helps but I can feel myself closing in and I don't feel like talking to people when I get Like that. 😢😢

(once again I do not take credit for any photos I use I just use photos that I feel fit the vibe of the post.

teen_anxiety , my friend, believe in yourself. focus on the positive things. it may take some time to do it but just try. redirect thoughts when you feel down.

Show yourself grace, take baby steps and if you fall, try again with small steps. Failure is only when you quit trying, as long as you are trying, you are learning. Find someone you can trust, just try out a counselor, you don't have to go even more than one time if you don't like it, and can look for another. Nothing is set in stone just cause you try it. Also, taking magnesium and ginseng are great to calm mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts. You are work working on, you are a treasure. <3
