I tremble when I am anxious and I am somewhere in my life where I want that to stop i suffered from it all my life and I thought it is just because I drink tea all the time but it is getting worse and I don't know how to handle it. I just discovered that it is a sympton of what is called social anxiety. Is there any solutions? I do eat well buy I don't exercise, I have a 9-4 job that can be stressful sometimes. And I avoid public presentations or being with people that make me feel anxious. But I can't run from it anymore.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Stardust, you are absolutely correct in that we cannot continue to run from ourselves.
When we do that, our world gets smaller and smaller but the issue is still there.
Anxious people have an over sensitized nervous system and unless we calm our mind and
body down each day, adrenaline builds up, has no where to go and can cause this shaking and trembling.
Of course, exercising would be a way to release that extra energy but you can also do it
with Meditation and proper breathing. I start my day with 10 min Meditation and breathing, then again a 10 minute "me time" every afternoon (helps in regenerating the mind and body) and once again before bed.
Of course, taking a short walk during lunchtime or after work would help immensely in reducing stress as well as adrenaline. Hope this helps some. xx
Thank you Agora for your response,I will start exercising. Although I already tried meditation but my brain is too noisy! I will give it a shot again because as I said I can't run from it anymore. Please is there any videos you recommend that you tried or books that can help me dive in to it?
