I'm barely over one week into taking Welbutrin and I know it may take up to 6 weeks to really feel the effects but that feels so impossibly long and I've been feeling so terribly bad and I dont know how to cope with my depression in the mean time. Its gotten so bad being off meds and my mood swings are still very intense its a terrible feeling to be fine, even happy one moment, then horribly depressed the next without rhyme or reason I'm just rambling now but I am so tired of feeling this way and its so hard to be optimistic. Please help.
