I am losing it, it's so hard to think, to feel anything at all, to be myself. I can't even cry cos I don't even know why.

I am not good at talking, especially about my problems no matter how I try to convince myself that's what's best but I feel better by this, thank you very much. The video excercised also proved to be relaxing, it's the first time I have tried meditation.

Hi Googoodollsfan☺️. Yeah am not doing good. A lot's going on but not quite anything?... It feels like there is so much stacked up for me to overcome yet simultaneously like I have nothing to live for.
